Terms & Conditions

This Mobile App Terms & Conditions agreement along with the Disclaimer and Privacy Policy (collectively referred to as the “Agreement”) lays out the rules and conditions, as may be amended and supplemented from time to time (“Terms”), which shall apply to the access and use of the Mobile Application (“Mobile App”) of Acme Physiotherapy Clinic by you, the visitor/user (“User”).

1. Acceptance of Terms and Modification

By accessing or using the Mobile App, you accept these Terms in full. Acme Physiotherapy Clinic may update or modify these Terms at any time without notice. You are responsible for reviewing them regularly.

2. Limited User Rights & Obligations

The Mobile App is primarily for Indian residents. Users outside India access it at their own risk. Content may not be copied, sold, or exploited without written consent. The app is strictly for personal, non-commercial use.

3. No Warranty

Information provided on the Mobile App may not always be accurate or complete. Use of the Mobile App and reliance on its content is at the User’s own risk.

4. Third-Party Sites

The Mobile App may contain external links. Acme Physiotherapy Clinic is not responsible for the content, reliability, or security of such third-party websites.

5. Communication Services

Users must not post offensive, unlawful, or unauthorized content. The Clinic reserves the right to monitor, restrict, or remove material and suspend access if necessary.

6. User Registration

Registration is optional but, if chosen, must be accurate. Users are responsible for safeguarding their account and password.

7. Password Protection

You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality. Acme Physiotherapy Clinic is not liable for unauthorized access caused by negligence.

8. Promotional Offers

Promotional offers may be provided and are governed by these Terms. The Clinic may modify or withdraw offers at its discretion.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep shared information confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.

10. Breach

The Clinic may suspend or terminate a User’s access if false information is provided, Terms are violated, or activities harm others.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, text, graphics, and software belong to Acme Physiotherapy Clinic or are licensed to it. Copying or reuse without consent is prohibited.

12. No Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Clinic is not liable for any damages arising from use of the Mobile App.

13. Payment Modes

Payments may be made via Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, NEFT/RTGS, or other approved methods. For clarification, contact the Clinic directly.

14. Relationship

Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership or agency relationship between the User and Acme Physiotherapy Clinic.

15. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Acme Physiotherapy Clinic, its affiliates, and staff against claims or damages arising from misuse of the Mobile App.

16. Severability

If any clause is invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement shall remain effective.

17. Restriction of Usage

The Clinic may restrict or terminate access without notice for violations, legal requests, or security concerns. Data stored may become inaccessible after termination.

18. Grievance Redressal

Users with concerns may contact the Grievance Officer via details provided in the Mobile App. The Clinic will address grievances within reasonable timeframes.

19. Force Majeure

The Clinic is not liable for service interruptions caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or technical failures.

20. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by Indian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
